Working on budget constrained property developments in the early 2000s forced one to think bigger than spaces allowed.

This 35sqm former rundown bedsit in West London was converted into a fully fledged one bedroom apartment with mezzanine guest accommodation and hidden bathroom accessed via a walk-through storage wall.
